Sultan Sands consists of cottages of true African style also known as “Rondavels”. The hotel is a few meters from the beach and has stunning views towards the sea, only disturbed by beautiful palm trees.
Service level is high and the hotel offers all kinds of facilities and activities.
Many of the facilities and activities are at the sister hotel “Bluebay Beach Resort” – which is very close to “Sultan Sands”.
The price for Sultan Sands is the same as for Ocean Paradise.

Bluebay Beach Resort is the sister hotel to Sultan Sands and is therefore only a few meters from the beach with a wonderful view.
In 2008 the hotel built a new spa area, which amongst other features offers a massage service. There is a special area in the spa setting, dedicated to couples and offers face treatments, steam baths and other treatments.
The hotel has a large pool with Jacuzzi and children’s pool for the little ones. There is also direct access to the Indian Ocean. The hotel is closely affiliated with a diving centre. If you would like to use the diving centre, please remember to bring your diving certificate.

Z Hotel is a small boutique hotel located on an idyllic beach in Nungwi , situated on the northern tip of Zanzibar.
The hotel caters mainly for couples and small groups, with its relaxed and intimate atmosphere. The interior is characterised by modern design and each room has its own uniqueness.
The hotel has 40 rooms spread over the categories of deluxe garden view, deluxe sea view, roof-top suite and oceanfront cottage.

The hotel’s two restaurants, Cinnamon and Saruche, are built on stilts and are situated directly on the beach.
